Working with us

How often should small businesses post on social media?

Most small businesses see the best results posting 3-5 times per week, with 2-3 Reels monthly. Consistency matters more than frequency. Daily posting burns out your audience, while sporadic posting gets deprioritized by the algorithm. The right cadence depends on your industry, audience, and capacity to create quality content.

What does a social media manager do?

A social media manager builds strategy, creates content, posts consistently, engages with your community, and tracks metrics that actually matter. We develop a clear plan for what to post and why it works, create scroll-stopping content in your voice, engage thoughtfully in comments and DMs, and monitor performance so you know what's working. Basically, we run your social so you can run your business.

How long does it take to see results from social media?

The first 60 days are about building momentum and laying a foundation. By 60 to 90 days, most businesses start seeing stronger engagement, more consistent visibility, and a clearer brand presence. Leads and conversions typically take longer to materialize and grow from there. It's like planting a garden: you need time, consistency, and strategy for real growth.

How do agreements work?

We work with clear agreements so we can fully support your growth. Agreement details are discussed during your discovery call based on the package that fits best, with no surprises.

What's included in the discovery call?

It's a free 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business, review your current social presence, and recommend the best package fit. No pressure, no pitch deck. Just clarity.

Do I have to be local to South Florida to work with you?

No. While we’re based in South Florida and love supporting local businesses, we also work virtually with clients nationwide.

How much does social media management cost?

Social media management costs vary based on scope and services. Our packages range from starter support (monthly content planning and posting) to premium (full strategy, high-touch content creation, and quarterly production shoots). We discuss investment during your free discovery call once we understand your goals, audience, and current needs. Check our packages page to see what's included in each tier and find what fits your budget and business goals.

Content & strategy

Will the content actually sound like me?

Absolutely. We start every engagement with a deep-dive on your voice, tone, and brand personality. You approve everything before it goes live. Nothing posts without your sign-off.

What platforms do you manage?

We focus on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, but can also support other platforms when it makes sense for your business. Most South Florida small businesses get the best results starting with Instagram and Facebook.

Do I need to provide the photos and videos?

It depends on the package. Some packages include content direction and design; our Bloom package includes quarterly production shoots. We can also guide you on creating simple content yourself, or offer a content shoot add-on.

How often will you post?

Posting frequency is based on your package and strategy. We focus on quality over quantity. Consistent, strategic posts outperform daily random content every time. We'll recommend the right cadence for your business during your onboarding.

How soon will I see results?

In most cases, the first few months are about building momentum. Within 60 to 90 days, many businesses start to see stronger engagement, more consistency, and a clearer brand presence online. Results like leads and conversions typically take longer and grow from there.

How will I know if it's working?
